This course has been written for all editors at Springer Nature who handle manuscripts. Some topics may not be useful for editors in specific fields, but you don't need to go through them all - it is possible to jump to a specific topic. You can leave and return to this course at any time.

What will I learn in this resource?

You will be taken through the various paths that a problem can commonly take, with the best option for handling each situation outlined. It is not possible to cover every variation and nuance that each can present, so the intent is not to be dogmatic. Instead, we offer a solid foundation for good management of common situations that editors can encounter when handling manuscripts.
