Research integrity concerns can arise from various sources, but they all reach the dedicated Resolutions team at Springer Nature’s Research Integrity Group. Here they are met with the commitment to investigate each and every case thoroughly and with respect to all parties involved.

The Resolutions team works together with the authors, editors, and other experts as needed to address the concerns, offer responses, and support the editor with the advice needed to take responsible decisions. The involvement of varied parties takes time but is vital to ensuring that the investigation is thorough, and all options are weighed carefully to reach the best outcome.
