Mpox

Articles and book chapters on Mpox (formerly Monkeypox)

This page had been updated following the announcement by the WHO on the 14th August that the upsurge of mpox in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and a growing number of countries in Africa constitutes a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC) under the International Health Regulations (2005) (IHR). Previous updates ceased following the declaration on May 11, 2023 by the WHO of an end to the Public Health Emergency of International Concern for mpox.

This webpage offers research published in journals from across Springer Nature as well as relevant book chapters, links to registered trials and links to the brand-specific collections.
