Introduction to Nature Mental Health | 10 October, 2022
Nature Mental Health is one of the latest transformative journals to be joining the Nature Portfolio in 2023. The monthly, online-only journal will publish original, peer-reviewed research from the breadth of sciences exploring mental health and mental health disorders. With a multidisciplinary and inclusive approach to mental health, it will bring together innovative research spanning neurobiological and psychological factors that underpin psychiatric disorders as well as contemporary work on the effects of public health crises.
In this webinar, Chief Editor of Nature Mental Health Rebecca Cooney PhD is joined by guest panelists Sara A. Howard MLIS, Librarian for Gender & Sexuality Studies and Student Engagement at Princeton University Library, and Carrie Wade MLIS, Research & Instruction Librarian at Harvard Countway Library. The panel discusses the roles that journals and libraries play in the worldwide mental health community and some specific efforts to advance support and equity for students and researchers.
This webinar is designed to be an engaging discussion for librarians, editors, researchers, and information managers across the university and corporate sectors.
